Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s 17th Annual
Engineering the Next Generation of Bispecific Antibodies
Introducing Novel Functionality and Constructs
19 November 2026
This year’s seventeenth-annual Engineering the Next Generation of Bispecific Antibodies conference at PEGS Europe will expand coverage of the approaches, technologies, and platforms that are enabling the next generation of bi- and multispecific antibodies dominating the antibody landscape. Come learn about novel approaches for dual targeting, costimulation, and masking strategies with applications in autoimmune and oncology. Specific focus on the development strategies for T cell engagers will be explored. Don’t miss the industry’s pivotal event.
Coverage will include, but is not limited to:
- Exploring new classes of next-generation bi- and multispecific antibodies
- Advancing bispecific ADCs
- Designing novel immune-cell–engaging trispecific antibodies
- Exploring new logic-gated, pH-sensitive, conditionally active, and masked multispecific antibodies
- Engineering bispecific antibodies with dual modes of action
- Investigating bispecific antibodies outside of oncology in CNS and autoimmune indications
The deadline for priority consideration is 9 April 2026.
All proposals are subject to review by session chairpersons and/or the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure the overall quality of the conference program. Additionally, as per Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s policy, a select number of vendors and consultants who provide products and services will be offered opportunities for podium presentation slots based on a variety of Corporate Sponsorships.
